With a shared passion for creativity, connection, and confidence, Candice and Nicole bring over four decades of combined experience in the hair and beauty industry.

 

Candice began her journey at the age of 15 as a tea and tidy and quickly found her calling in hairdressing. Naturally creative and deeply people-focused, she’s built a fulfilling career centred around genuine connection and service. For the past 22 years, she’s worked for herself, taught hairdressing, and nurtured long-lasting relationships with clients—some of whom feel more like family. As a single mum raising two children, Candice built her salons to support her family’s needs, creating a flexible, empowering space for herself and her team. Her mission is to offer a salon where both clients and staff feel safe to be themselves, grow, and shine in their own unique way.

Nicole began her career in hairdressing at 16 and, although she stepped in and out of the industry, her love for it never faded. Now a proud mum of two-Nicole balances motherhood with her passion for beauty. In the last five years, she found her true calling in advanced skin therapy, earning an advanced diploma in dermal science. Her approach is deeply personal, focused on achieving results while creating a nurturing, relaxing space where clients feel genuinely cared for. Alongside her husband and family life, Nicole brings warmth, insight, and an ever-evolving skillset to her role as co-owner.

Together, Candice and Nicole have created Halo Hair & Body Co as more than just a salon—it’s a haven for transformation, connection, and growth. A space where beauty begins with authenticity, and every visit feels like you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
